Maybe it's just the Eclipse servers been too busy recently and experienced some
NFS timeouts. See also bug 221870. The Webmasters have already scheduled a
Kernel Maintenance for tomorrow saturday at 10am:

This will hopefully make things better. Apart from that, only advice is to
automatically download and unit-test the build artifacts before declaring a
green build (I'm working on this for TM).
