Install e.g. eclipse-cpp-europa-fall-win32.zip 2. Use cdt-master-4.0.1-I200709241202.zip ("RC3-final") or cdt-master-4.0.1-I200709251200.zip (the most recent) - both are found on the builds page http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/4.0.1/index.html 2. xlC feature is not contained in either one.
