Steps To Reproduce:
I just noticed that the cdt plug-in developers guide is missing from the
Eclipse 3.3 (Europa) Documentation on http://help.eclipse.org/help33/index.jsp.
It seems that all the other documentation from the Europa release is there
(including the C/C++ Developers Guide).
I find it useful to have an online version of the documentation as I can access
it without having to start Eclipse.
