Not sure what you mean. They are specified conditionally in the cdt-feature
feature.xml based on os. For example the core.solaris fragment is listed as
os="solaris". We never see it installed on other platforms, unless you blindly
unzip the master.zip file, but then that leads to other problems ;).
BTW, this was set up years ago. If there is a better way that facilitates the
provisioning work, we'd be happy to make changes.
