More info:
Update Manager is reporting error when it tries to download file 
plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.doc.user_3.0.0.jar . It retrieves 2833KB from 4821 KB 
and then report this error:
An exception occured while downloading this feature from http://download......
>From error log file of Eclipse IDE:
java.io.IOException:InputStream ended after 2907000 bytes ( expected 4937257 )

I tried several times and allways stops at same point
