The eclispe releng plugin already handles this, for the IBM contribution its
simple, just run the action to fix copyrights, for anyone else you just need to
change the code slightly so that is detect your copyright (replace "IBM Corp" in
a few places with "your company") I have already tried this for QNX copyright
files and if works fine.
