Should we pull the Autotools contribution for core build? I'm not sure how much more work it needs.

Subject: [cdt-dev] changing Yocto priorities

To meet Yocto community commitments, Intel has decided to delay
additional contributions to core build.  Instead, in the short term we
will extend and enhance the docker container work in the directions
required.

We expect to contribute to core build again somewhat down the road.
