Here is the info for the "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers" package including update sites for upgrading it. This is the last release candidate BTW.

The Neon.3 RC4 packages are ready for testing from build #594 at


https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/neon.epp-tycho-build/594/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

The p2 repositories for upgrades and updates are

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR3-RC4/
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon/

Please test as usual and send your vote for the Neon.3 packages to this
mailing list.

Because these RC4 packages are the ones that are supposed to be released as
final Neon.3 packages, they won't be made available tomorrow/Friday.

the CDT 9.2.1 RC4 build is now posted: 

It is based on commit: 6ee23f24ccc0ab1d9ef6467eb45ee14ff88aac44

The Simultaneous release contribution was updated (and committed) at https://git.eclipse.org/r/92439

Unless someone finds something wrong, this is our last build for the 9.2.1 release.
