After some searching andf deja-vu, I built and installed launchbar, and
was able to install cdt.git.

As far as I can tell, org.eclipse.cdt.launch is part of
org.eclipse.cdt.repo.zip, so I can't tell why it cannot be found.
Version: Neon.1 (4.6.1)
Any help appreciated!
