[cdt-dev] CDT master build frequency updated

Hey gang,

I just noticed that we’re only building cdt-master once a day. I’m not sure that works well for downstream builds (I’m sure of my own downstream build and it does not). I’ve updated it to poll git every 6 hours instead. That’ll result in more builds so builds will fall off the build history quicker.
