Here are the minutes of today's (Multicore) Debug workgroup call:

Of interest:
- Grouping of debug elements continues (https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/46107/)
- Next version of patch to use GDB's "set substitute-path" will try to do it for CDT's existing path mapping
- CDT 9.0 API breaking changes should go ahead and update the major version of the relevant plugin right away (as opposed to using api filters and keeping the version unchanged until we are closer to the release)
- RCPTT seems promising to provide UI testing for CDT
