[cdt-dev] Source Lookup Changes

Hello CDT devs,

I am working on a project to add better support for debugging a
project built in another location without having to rebuild. The key
thing for this to work is making source lookup handle that case
better. There are currently some issues in that respect, so this bug
deals with using the GDB feature of set substitute-path to handle the
mappings.
