[cdt-dev] Multiple top-level Eclipse Run menus for latest Juno RC1 CPP E

The latest CPP EPP package for Juno RC1 build on Linux x86_64 has two 
Run top-level menus.  The first Run menu has one sub-entry:

Breakpoint Types >  C/C++ Breakpoints


The 2nd Run menu appears to be the correct one with multiple entries 
within it.
