I'm very interested.  I'm sure I'll get a couple of others from the
office to join as well.

How long do you expect the demo to be?
I'd suggest the same time as the CDT monthly meeting (8am PDT) as I
believe that was chosen as the slot that accommodates the most people.
Unless you can figure out a better time based on who will actually attend.

(I'm in the EDT timezone.)
