Do you mean TM-terminal or does this also need the
TM-terminal-local-incubation?
Because they state on their page, that this TM-Termnial-local-incubation
does not work on Windows!
So, you can not get a local console without external tools.

If yes it is plan in which release ? Is there a bug already in bugzilla
for that ? Can i get that link ?
