[cdt-dev] Compilation errors under Eclipse 4.2M4

Hi,

At the moment, I'm getting 10 errors in CDT's master branch (under
4.2M4, anyway).

Three are syntax errors in ExtractFunctionRefactoring due to what
appears to be an encoding problem.

The other seven are "Execution environment references were not
checked."  Did I set something up wrong to cause this?  If not, could
the project properties be adjusted to make these warnings rather than
errors?
