[cdt-dev] debug breakpoints disabled

Hello Friends,

I am facing one peculiar problem about debugging in CDT. I am not able to set breakpoints. Whatever breakpoint I am setting it is coming with slash over it. Debugger just run over them. 

Other problem I face is wrong indexing between files. Opening declaration of a function or during debug it show control on wrong line of code.

This problem was on Helios and now on Indigo as well. 

I am not able to solve it! I hope to have some solution to them.
