I would like to officially add my group to the list of concerned parties who would love to see this patch merged into HEAD soon. Refresh after build can be a nuisance for projects with lots of files. Just include boost's source code in your project and see host long builds start taking. Even worse, put your workspace on a non-local mount like nfs or virtualbox.
