As part of the work on:

Bug 302915 <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=302915> - Move EDC API types out of internal packages

There are now two new EDC plug-ins in CVS:

org.eclipse.cdt.debug.edc.arm
org.eclipse.cdt.debug.edc.x86

Also, the EDC test plug-in (org.eclipse.cdt.debug.edc.tests) has been added. It contains a launch configuration that run all the tests. It works correctly when run on Windows and does not require that mingw or cygwin be installed.
