You can find results of JUnit tests on CDT weekly build page http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/ if you drill down. For example for CDT 6.0.1 Final build: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/6.0.1/I.I200909110608/junits.html. It can give you insight which tests pass and which are not (and it may depend on the platform you are running).
