[cdt-dev] [<keyword>] in bug abstract

When I migrated DSF to CDT I created a page with bug keyword 
explanations under http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/Bugs#Features. Though it 
seems it hasn't gotten much traction, I do periodically categorize DSF 
bugs because it really helps in finding old bugs.
