Actually, any contributor is free to add to the plan. We need
to track large planned patches as well. But please don't do so unless you feel
you can actually deliver.

I added the plan below:
Function/method prototype and
explanations popup window which takes the explanations from comments in
doxygen standard. The window appears when selecting a method from the
code-completion list window and after then writing a parenthesis of the
function when making a function call to see the parameters of the function. It
also should be able to show all the prototypes of the function. The prototypes
with explanations can be shown with all the explanations and on overloaded
functions, passing one prototype to another can be made by using arrow keys.
However, I am not able to commit these features for now (my knowledge
is not enough to do this), but every time I use CDT I need these features so
much. I am deleting the lines I wrote from wiki since that page is for
committers.
