Who owns managebuilder plugin?
If you enable Null pointer access as error in Eclipse you can see 
several real NPE errors in the managebuilder.core plugin.
example:
                if(message != null || message.length() != 0){
                    buf.append(message).append(NEWLINE);
                }
If there are no objections I can fix it and create project settings for 
compiler errors/warnings which would include this as an error.
