[cdt-dev] Macro references in index

I have extended the index such that it can store macro references. With this additional feature the index database size increases by 0-25% (depending on how often macros are used) and indexing is slowed down by 0-10%.

 

The feature can be turned off in the indexer preferences:

C/C++ - Indexer - Skip macro references.
