RE: [cdt-dev] CDT 4.0.3 Countdown.

I have filed https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=220166 for
the hanging test suite
and attached a tentative fix.
I was able to reproduce the issue and the fix solves it for me.
