The plugin qualifier part of the id attribute ("org.eclipse.cdt.ui")
comes from
the plugin attribute in the extension-point - so in
this case you'd have:
plugin.xml:
<extension
point="org.eclipse.help.contexts">
<context>
file="contexts.xml"
plugin="org.eclipse.cdt.ui">
</contexts>
</extension>
contexts.xml:
<contexts>
<context id="MyPropertyGroup">
<description>My Property
Group Help</description>
<topic href=""
label="My Help"/>
</context>
...
</contexts>
I've attached a patch to 218486 that shows how you'd
theoretically do this for one of the
plug-ins built in to the managedbuilder:
