Looks like they just fixed it.
the links were to what looks like a temporary testing directory from June
24.
They just changed to June 28. I'll download to test.

The version on the Europa Discovery site (update site) looks correct,
according to the id in the software updates dialog.

Europa is here!
The eclipse-cpp-europa-win32.zip i just downloaded ("Eclipse IDE for C/C++
Developers" prominently displayed on http://eclipse.org/downloads )
has CDT_4.0.0.200706222100 according to the feature/plugin ids I see in the
zip file.
Shouldn't it be 200706261300, the respin on Tuesday?
