I would like to fix this bug for 4.0:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=193800

It is of severity blocker and the fix is dirt simple and low risk.  Without
this fix, you cannot launch debug sessions on AIX at all with GDB.

Please provide feedback ASAP so that I can fix this right away.
