[cdt-dev] Attach Debugger to a running process

Long Long ago :-) , I have seen a button which says "Attach to a running process" in the Run/Debug Configuration.  

>From CDT 3.0 M6 till CDT 3.0, I am somehow missing this button. Is it available somewhere else ? To be honest, I haven't used that
button though I have seen it in the earlier versions.
But now I want to use it, but it is hiding from me. 

Can you help me to discover that button ?
