RE: [cdt-dev] Post 2.0 milestones

Hi,

I share the same desire than Sam about the file-level settings in the
managed make. After feeling the PR, people came with different good
ideas on how to do it and I thought I should wait for Sean and other
involved in the CDT 2.0 release to be available to validate the way to
do it before doing the full implementation. So I put a hold on that for
now, but I could get back to it when we reach an agreement on the way to
do it.

As much as I would like to see this feature in CDT, I think it is more
of an enhancement than a bug fix... After we can put it in whatever
release you want :)
