Hi,

I am keen too for helping on refactoring tool. Douglas's suggestions 
seem to be a nice starting point, at least for me. This will also make 
be familiar with the exisiting code base. I plan to find some time on 
weekends and start working on this.

Jeffrey, may be we can team up efforts on this?
