[cdt-dev] String externalization work in CDT

Bonjour

  I hope the folks sending/applying the externalization string patches
realize that CDT head, is in full developement phase and a class that exists
now will not exist tomorrow .. heck it may not exists by the end of the day.

Usually this kind of thing is done at a certain stage, when developement
is widing down and we concentrate on bug fixing.
