[cdt-dev] Two more things for CDT 2.0

Two more things that we talked about at the 1.2 get-together:

- CDT needs a logo and/or mascot and/or identity

- CDT 2.0 needs to have a release name 

It is tough to make shirts without these important things, never
mind staying focused =;-)

Since we are riding by the seat of our pants and trying to
catch up to Eclipse 3.0, and I think that Hawaiian is a cool
lanugage I suggest 2.0 be the "paniolo" release:
