	Tar import/export
	GNU Makefile Parser
	GNU Makefile Validator(think of the PDE plugin.xml Manifest builder)
	 to at least catch the <tab> vs <space> errors.


The plugin is not a "dump" place for orphan software, so we should carefully
examine new entries,  but C/C++ environment is a complex one and trying to
stuff everything in org.eclipse.cdt.core and org.eclipse.cdt.ui
can be a nightmare in term of maintainance.
