[cdt-dev] Another commiter proposal

Hi all,

In keeping with the streamlining of the commmiter list, I'd like
to propose that John Prokopenko be removed as commiter for the various
components. As I understand things, John has moved on to other projects
within IBM Rational and is unlikely to become active within the CDT
in the near future -- can someone from Rational confirm?
