[cdt-dev] new branch in CVS for core & ui.tests - Parser_SymbolTable

I have created an additional branch
off of HEAD called Parser_SymbolTable. 
In this branch, Andrew and myself shall
be toiling to try and add in the contextual "state" information
that our parser currently has gone without, but will need in order to support
search and code-assist similar features.  This is an extensive migration
and so I've created the branch to try and keep what is in HEAD working.
