Nope, it's in the head branch.  And from what I can tell, it's very dormant...

From the patch notices, you'll see that I have merged Sam's source for his build model work into the cdt.core and cdt.ui plug-ins.  Please let me know ASAP if you see any regression in functionality from the rest of the CDT.
