Hello,

as we discussed in the meeting, I have released CDI 4.0.0.Alpha1 which should by now be available in Central.

After talking with Scott, he created a Wiki page that details how the release process works WRT Jenkins job and needed setup - thanks for that!

Eventually, the CDI release job should be unified with the TCK one (which is way simpler ATM) but at least we now have a documented way of releasing.
