Forgot to send it yesterday, so here we go.

The meeting was focused almost exclusively on the current Lite extension proposal:
* Going it's phases and current design
* Discussed phases align with current ("Full") extension phases
* Went over several design decisions and whether they are well implement-able in both, annotation processor and bytecode approach
* How to make the API (as a draft) easier to play with for community
