I have been assigned by the Specification Committee to mentor you through the process of finalizing the PR for the upcoming release review of Jakarta Web Services Metadata.

As a part of wave 1, we would like to start formal ballot review on July 21. I think this is possible and there are only a few minor issues to deal with.

I have added some qualitative comments, to the proposed PR, here.

Per the committee recommendations, I have added a checklist to the PR (here) and started ticking boxes off. You are welcome to update this final check-list as the few remaining items are addressed.

As soon as we feel it is ready, it will board the first available release train wave. Great work!
