[cargotracker-dev] Minor Release?

Hi folks,

It’s been a while since we did our last release in March. Although the only big ticket thing we’ve done since then is to put the application on the cloud, we did do a bunch of cleanup and improvements to the documentation. I feel we should do a small release now before moving into the Jakarta EE 9.1 migration.

Thoughts? Is there anything urgent we want to do before Tackling the namespace migration?
