[buildship-dev] Buildship Samrt Import support

Hi devs,

I opened a PR to add smart-import for buildship a while ago here:

Would it be possible for the devs to take a look and probably merge 
this? Sadly we already missed the 2023-03 release as this currently 
really confuses users if their gradle projects are not detected at all 
and eclipse offering them different other options that do not match well.
