Hi Mr T!
I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying that the "New Server" wizard is getting stuck and won't let you continue on to the next page? Or are you having problems with deploying the BPEL process to the server?
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the most recent Ode and Tomcat servers and set the directories in the wizard to point to these directories. Also make sure that there are no other services on your machine that use the default port (8080) or simply select a different port number. Finally, when you deploy the process, make sure the service address in your WSDL points to the correct server, port and process name. So, the soap:address location in your WSDL service definition should look like the following:
http://localhost:8080/ode/processes/HelloWorld
You have probably already found this document in your searches, but just in case you missed it, check out http://people.apache.org/~vanto/HelloWorld-BPELDesignerAndODE.pdf
