[bpel-dev] request: Fix modelListener extension point

There is a minor bug in the schema for the modelListener extension point in
the org.eclipse.bpel.ui project.  The extension sequence doesn't have a
reference to the listener element.  Consequently, I can make a modelListener
extension but I am unable to define a listener configuration element.
