Bugzilla Bug 146566 TOC in Web Viewer not updated after parameter is changed

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 146566

Description:
If change parameter and re-generate document file, close TOC panel.

Then click TOC button to refresh TOC panel manually.
