[birt-dev] CheckIn: bug 134941(partly) in branch 2.1.1 and 2.2 Enhancements on the algorithm to find parameter definition with given dat set parameter.

Summary:

In Model ODA Adapter, the algorithm to find parameter definition is enhanced. Now use nativeName and position to find the parameter. If the nativename is not empty, use it. If it is empty, use position to get parameter definition. The solution for this bug is still under discussion.

1.    Revised algorithms in DataSetParameterAdapter.

2.    Marked on method in ReportParameterAdapter as default scope.
