[birt-dev] CheckIn: updated version number in BIRT Model, Model ODA Adapter and Viewer plugins

Summary: 

Bundle Version in Manifest need to be upgraded to 2.1.1.qualifier. Including 3 plug-ins:
 
org.eclipse.birt.report.model
org.eclipse.birt.report.model.adapter.oda
org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 153876

Description:

1.       Changed manifest files for version number.

Tests Description : JUnit test.
