Fix Bugzilla Bug 149932."Allow null value" checkbox ignored for Boolean Parameters

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved 147561,149932

Description Change parameter dialog and cascading parameter dialog to support new integer data type. Fix the problem that "Allow null value" checkbox doesn't disable correctly when the control type is changed to Check Box.
