This checkin corrects context-sensitive help links in the following plugin:
org.eclipse.birt.cshelp
147221 will be fully resolved for release 2.1.1. The complete fix requires a change to the Insert Table and Insert Grid dialogs so that they have separate context-sensitive help IDs. When this change has been made, separate entries will be provided in the contexts.xml file for these two dialogs.
