Delete 3rd party features from includes feature of org.eclipse.birt.sdk.feature

- Description:
1.Delete org.apache.xerces features and org.pache.xerces.feature feature from includes feature of org.eclipse.birt.sdk.feature.

They would be put under the root dir of update site, same level to the org.eclipse.birt.sdk.feature

2.Updated the version of org.apache.derby.core in the feature org.apache.derby.core.feature to 10.1.2.1
